PAPR Reduction in MC-CDMA Communication System


Multi Carrier Code Division Multiple Access (MC-CDMA) is a promising technology for 4G wireless communication systems. Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) and Multi Carrier Code Division Multiple Access (MC-CDMA), which convert frequency selective channel to several flat fading channels thereby eliminating ISI and in turn need of equalization.

In this work PTS sequence is optimised to acaheive low PAPR ratio. For this gravitational search algorithm (GSA) optimisation and Particle search optimisation (PSO) in combination used and every possible case is considered for results analysis.
